  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll need photo proof of the damage or defect to initiate a replacement or refund.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item (size, color, or design), please reach out to us within 7 days with a photo of the item you received. We will work with our fulfillment partner to send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

  • Sizing Issues: Please carefully review the product size charts available on our product pages before placing your order. Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for sizing issues unless it's due to our error.

2. How to Return an Item

If your order meets one of the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@flashywave.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • We’ll Review Your Request: Once we receive your information, we will assess the issue and get in touch with you to resolve it. If eligible, we will provide a replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping: If a return is required (due to a defect or error), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, such as customer preference or incorrect ordering, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Products: These items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Print-on-Demand Fulfillment: Due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment, we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet customer expectations (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.).

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
